No, there is no downtime after an Oarno OxyLift facial. You may experience a slight redness following treatment but this will quickly subside to leave you only with the Oarno glow. We do advise that you use a hypoallergenic SPF following treatment as well as a moisturiser.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show up. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. You can also track your order by clicking here.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days, but we aim to ship orders within 1 business day.
We ship to customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada. On international orders, tax and custom duties will be charged during checkout so that you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. During checkout you’ll see the full breakdown of the rate under “Shipping Method.” It will list the tax and customs fee separately.
Absolutely! We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your Oarno OxyLift does not work properly due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the device free of charge within that 1-year timeframe.
This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
- Theft or loss.
- Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
- Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.
- Service or repair by unauthorized persons.
This warranty extends only to the original retail purchase, original retail purchase date, with original proof of purchase (such as Oarno order number) and only when purchased directly from Oarno. Warranty replacements are processed after returned defective items are received, when applicable.
This warranty only extends if the device is used in conjunction with authorized device accessories (such as charging cable). The Oarno warranty does not extend to Oarno Skincare products, which are solely subject to the Oarno Return Policy.
Oarno will not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please click here or reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund. Note: If you have already requested your return within the 30-day timeframe, and are just waiting for a response, you are covered.
For eligible returns, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for UK. orders only, and for return shipping from a UK. location only. If you have sent your return using a different carrier/different shipping label than the label provided, please provide the tracking information. Shipping costs associated with using a different carrier or a different return label are non-refundable.
In order to receive a full refund, returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories. All items must be returned and in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.
Returns will be fully inspected upon receipt to ensure good working condition of all components. If any of the components are missing, dirty or damaged, the cost of the affected component will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received. We can only process returns for products sold on Oarno.com. Refunds post to your original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear. All shipping fees are not refundable (most orders qualify for free shipping).
Topicals are eligible for physical return if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
For international orders: Those with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are not covered by Oarno.
